ABOUT THE PRODUCT
Tissue paper is currently our No 1 best selling product in the UK – probably because we are good at making it! Whether you need a pantone accurate branded tissue paper or a full colour CMYK edge to edge artwork, we will produce it. PRINTING OPTIONS
Litho printed using vegetable based inks. This allows us to print up to CMYK full colour process as well as solid ink coverage edge to edge and also accurate pantone matching.
Flexo printed using water based inks. This is great for larger volume run sizes.
SIZES
Made to order to any size needed. We will guillotine the sheet to whatever size is needed, it can be as accurate as to the millimetre.
The three most common sizes are 340mm x 480mm which is great for wine or whisky bottles, the standard full sheet is 500mm x 700mm and then the large sheet is 700mm x 1000mm however we can make larger sheets depending on the design.
There are also options for printed rolls of tissue paper as well.

The sheets can be tailored to suit your exact needs and include options such as:

MINIMUM ORDER (MOQ)
Wet proofs are available, charged at £130+vat which covers plates and production on the actual machinery we would use for your main order which allows you to see your paper before we produce your order.This is very helpful for complicated designs!
For Litho printed sheets the minimum order is only 250 sheets.
For flexo printed sheets the minimum order is 5000 sheets.
MOQ based on 500mm x 700mm sheet size.
DELIVERY TIMESCALE
Our “standard” lead time is 4-6 weeks. Our “Fastrack” premium order lead time is 7-10 days.
For larger orders over 50,000 we can also import from one of our volume expert factories in Europe, offering great savings and more choice. This usually takes around 8 weeks.
ENVIRONMENTAL CREDENTIALS
FSC accredited papers and printers and a whole host of environmental choices mean that these sheets of luxury branded tissue paper have superb eco-credentials.
The inks used are vegetable based if litho printing or water based if flexo printing.
The papers are all easy to recycle and are degradable.
The outer packaging is all paper and board, including the paper adhesive tape – zero plastic involved.
