ABOUT THE PRODUCT
Kraft paper sheets (can also be supplied on reels) are a great outer wrapping for food producers, particularly fish and chip shops, butchers and caterers. They add an insulating protective layer to the product with visual appeal. We love designing fun creative artworks, perhaps a mock newspaper layout, or a design with humour? PRINTING OPTIONS
Small order quantities are digitally printed with non toxic ink (toner) to keep costs as low as possible. Orders over SRA3 (450mm x 320mm) in size will be printed litho using vegetable based inks. Larger orders over 3000 may be possible to print flexographically which is the lowest unit cost option. Whatever your need, we will guide you to the best value product. We can also spot UV, hot foil and emboss these papers if there is a luxury finish required.
SIZES
Made to order to any size or shape you need.
The most common size is a full sheet 500mm x 750mm (flexo) or 500mm x 700mm (litho) but we can supply larger and smaller sheets tailored to your requirements.
FINISHING TOUCHES
The sheets can be tailored to suit your exact needs and include extras such as:
- Die cut shapes
- Any size guilotined (no tool required)
- Various grades of kraft papers starting at 40gsm
- Various colours of base papers
- Hot foiling
- Spot UV
- Embossing and Debossing

If digitally printing we can supply 1 sheet!
For Litho printed sheets the minimum order is 250 sheets.
For Flexo printed sheets the minimum order is 2000 sheets.
DELIVERY TIMESCALE
Our standard lead times vary. Digitally printed sheets just take a few days. Litho printed sheets can take up to 2 weeks. Flexo printed sheets usually take 3-4 weeks. For designs with extra finishing touches such as foiling, allow up to 6-8 weeks.
ENVIRONMENTAL CREDENTIALS
FSC accredited paper and printers and a whole host of environmental choices mean that these sheets can be as eco-friendly as needed. Finishes such as spot UV or foiling will lessen the eco-credentials somewhat due to the extra processing needed during recycling.
The inks used are non toxic, digital uses toners, litho uses vegetable based ink and flexo uses water based ink although some designs may require solvent based inks.
