Branded Tissue Paper
MOQ : The minimum order starts at 250 standard 480mm x 680mm sheets (which can be trimmed to any size).
PROCESS : The print is produced by Litho Press (Heidelberg) so we can achieve very detailed designs and pantone matching without surcharging. This allows us to register print. For simple line artwork orders over 5000 sheets we can also offer Flexographic printing which is a cheaper method.
GRADES : White 17gsm MF acid Free FSC & Natural 18gsm MF FSC Recycled are both Ecofriendly and acid free which is essential for food contact and use with metals such as jewellery. We also have 17gsm MF black acid free tissue as standard. Other papers on stock include 20gsm MG, 26gsm MG, 30gsm MG and 40gsm MG. MG papers are softer than MF and are opaque. We would only print white ink on the MF 17gsm and 18gsm tissue papers as they are translucent which allows white to show up well. All papers can be flood covered with pantone ink to co-ordinate with your other packaging.
DESIGN : A step repeat or a registered layout are possible with Litho print, step repeat logos are better for Flexo printing. For example a poster design can be achieved easily with Litho print. Logos work best when repeated at 3cm or 4cm sizes. We will show you the design and ask you to approve a PDF before it is printed so you can make sure you are happy.
ARTWORK : A PDF proof is automatically created for each order. If you require a wet proof (printed sample) we can offer this for a non refundable £150+vat cost. Artwork should be supplied as EPS or PDF on our template which you can download below. Alternatively we can supply the design for you using your print ready logo. We don’t usually charge for this as long as your logo is print ready.
DELIVERY : Standard lead time is usually 6 weeks approx. but very tight deadlines are possible too. We can Fastrack your order for a surcharge and supply within 2 weeks (or sooner if needed).
